Tina and Islam Abu-Sal

Caesar's Restaurant was opened in September of 2000 by Islam and Tina Abu-Sal.

Islam learned to love food in his native country of Jordan, where he spent much of his time in the kitchen with his mother…..the Hummus is "just like his moms!” Islam has over 15 years experience in the finest hotels and restaurants in Chicago. 

Tina has over 15 years experience in national restaurant chains and hotels, where her knowledge came from extensive training and lots of "hands on experience.” By the way, she learned a few tricks from her southern mother and grandmothers, too!

Islam and Tina have lived in Greenville for close to 20 years, and have 4 very active children.  Islam and Tina are very involved in their lives and in their community.

“Our goal is to have an original restaurant offering a unique menu with a Mediterranean flavor.  We strive to serve the best quality of food available by our top-notch, personable staff.  We understand the importance of giving our guest excellent quality food and service in this highly competitive industry. Our standards, and the standards of our guests, are set high on every dining experience.  We offer a nice variety to satisfy any appetite, from fresh garden salads and sandwiches, to rack of lamb and seafood.
